Notes:
Rev. Thomas Hall, a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of the College of Philadelphia, was a Loyalist who served as chaplain to the British factory at Leghorn (Livorno), Italy for thirty years. He also made donations to the Massachusetts Historical Society, which elected him a corresponding member in 1801.
