This print may have been the one pictured here, in the collection of the Library Company of Philadelphia. The source of the image is a print by Jacques-Philippe Le Bas and Jean Eric Rehn after Jean-Baptiste Oudry (1707-1783), Leopart (Leopard or Tiger), published in Recueil de divers animaux de chasse tiré du cabinet de monsieur le comte de Tessin dessiné daprès nature (Paris, ca. 1760). Alternatively, it may have been "An East-Indian Tiger Drawn from the Life," also pictured here, which was published in Gentleman's Magazine, 20 (1750), opposite p. 152.
