"Its weight was 281 pounds was 9 months old, it measured 4 feet long, & 5 feet girth. the thickness of the fat & flesh on the upper part of the Rib in this specimen measures 8-3/4, the leaf fat was 4 inches thick. Raised by Mr. Jacob Walston, Burlington County N. J."
