Four copies are Listed in Library Company's 1789 Catalogue, two of which have likely or certain Du Simitière provenence. Library Company sold one (Am 1759 Jac 1499.O) to Alexander Davidson Jr. in 1954; the other copy (Am 1759 Jac 1763.O) is inscribed: "The Gift of his Excellency William Francklin Esq'r Governor of New Jersey to P. E. Du Simitiere of Geneva" in 1766.
