This was the fourth issue of the 1611 King James Bible.

Charles William Bazeley was a Philadelphia teacher. He was the author of Arithmetical rules and tables of money, weights, measures, and time, as adopted in Mrs. Bazeley's Academy for Young Ladies (Philadelphia 1810); The new juvenile atlas: illustrative of the various divisions which comprise the surface of the globe (Philadelphia, 1815); and A System of Ancient and Modern Geography (Philadelphia, 1819). He gave a copy of his Elements of penmanship simplified and illustrated to the Peale Museum on 8 Oct 1812.
