Miers Fisher, Jr. (1786-1813), a Visitor of the Peale Museum, was a Philadelphia merchant who was in business in Russia 1809-1813. He married a Russian woman, Helen Grigorofsky, and died within days of the wedding. Nina N. Bashkina, David F.
