"Pizzicaruolo," a form of "pizzicaiuolo," a variant of "pizzicagnolo," i.e., someone who manages a "pizzicheria" (delicatessen, druggist or spice shop). However it also has a literary application, referring to literary texts, considered of little value, which might be used as wrapping papers for foodstuffs bought from a pizzicheria.
