This coin may have been similar to the one pictured here: Obverse: Faustina the Younger was Roman empress from 161 to her death in 176 as the wife of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, her maternal cousin. There are several coins, all sestertii, minted in Rome,161-176 AD, with reverses depicting standing figures: Diana, Fecunditas, Hilaritas, Minerva, Juno, and Laetitia.
