Philadelphia, June [16 in ms.] 1777. Sir, you being drawn in the [2d in ms.] class of Captain [James Reed's in ms.] company, and Colonel Bradford's battalion: you, or your substitute, are hereby desired to parade at your captain's quarters at drum beat [Precisely in ms.] at [5 in ms.] o'clock, with your arms and accoutrements, agreeable to the militia law of this state; therefore fail not. /William Henry, Lieutenant, C.P
