National Gazette and Literary Register (Philadelphia), 28 Aug 1821 reads: "Roman Spear Point, found on the estate of the donor in Yorkshire, England."

Notes:

John Beezon Baynes (1771-ca. 1847), a native of Yorkshire, England, sold Wood Hall Park in 1818 and moved to America, first to Wilmington, Del., and then to Baltimore. P. W. Streets, Lewis Walker of Chester Valley and His Descendants (Philadelphia, 1896), pp. 254-255
